It would not surprise me in the least bit if in 15-20yrs from now all cars that are more than 5-10 yrs old become a "liability to the environment" and are either illegal or taxed out the wazoo. My mom told me in MD they're already trying already to track mileage driven every day to charge an extra emission tax, soon we won't be able to do SHIT without big brother knowing about it.
